Associate Recruitment
Associates are key members of the team and are responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple projects. Specific duties include: creating, managing, and teaching complex financial models; assembling client or prospect presentations; and producing descriptive memoranda. Associates often supervise and direct the work of Analysts. Associates typically have 3-5 years of professional experience preferably in investment banking, research or strategic consulting or corporate management. They must be able to work under tight deadlines and with big numbers, and they must display strong leadership skills.
Analyst Recruitment
At Caseridge, Analysts assume meaningful roles in business development and deal execution. Analysts often work directly with senior management and are given broad-based and in-depth exposure to companies. Analysts are responsible for the overall support of our sector teams. Specific duties include the preparation of comparable company and comparable transaction analyses, buyer or investor lists, financial models and analyses, and contributing to the preparation of presentation materials. Successful Analyst candidates will be smart and accomplished in their academic, extra-curricular, and professional experience. Specific qualifications include: a Bachelor’s degree from a top institution; strong analytical, communication and quantitative skills; a demonstrated interest finance and capital markets; and the ability to understand complex technologies.
